I booked recall work about a month in advance, yet parts to satisfy the recall work weren't ordered until work began. The work pushed beyond the deliverable date stated, simply because the parts weren't at the dealer. If you know you must have the parts a month in advance, why wait?

JC was extremely helpful, I told him about my due bill on my purchase. He made a quick check, called me back a couple of minutes later. Asked when I could get in, I told him I was off that day. He stated that he could complete the job today. Once I arrived he greeted me, took my truck and less than an hour later it was finished.
