My priorities were ignored. Promised communications were not kept.
I asked that Mario stop calling me “brother” as I am certain I am not related to him, nor did I serve in combat with him. I was accused of yelling at him when he continued to call me brother, told I could speak to his supervisor (which I would gladly do at any time), and he hung up on me. THAT was completely unprofessional. I am in the service business myself, and anyone who worked for me that treated a customer with that much disrespect would be fired. It is now my mission to let everyone I know (in person and through social media) hear of the ridiculous treatment I got from Ken Grody Ford service department. You have lost a customer that is actively in the market to buy a new vehicle and future servicing any car I own for life. Please let my so called “Brother” know that his actions and attitude on a non revenue generating recall cost the sales team, the F&I manager, and the Service department ALL future business from me and everyone I can influence.
