Just bringing Escape for service and brought letter about recall on the doors. Raul said this may take a few days so he offered me a loaner. I was very happy.
Raul is amazingly organized and efficient …he knows his stuff.
Apparently all work completed in one day.
The service Dept & Raul treat me very well!

I brought my 2019 ford explorer in to check for a possible oil or coolant leak. After dropping it off for the Ken Grody service technicians went to work and found that there was a water pump problem, grease leak in the rear axle accordion boot, issue with the thermostat and it required new seals. Raul was on top of the repair effort every step of the way and took great care of my vehicle. He maintained contact with me every step of the way and provided me status updates as news things were happening. Overall this was the best service I’ve had at Ken Grody Ford!

This has nothing to do with Tim in service he was amazing.. however, not on the day that I picked up my car. I received my car with a scrape on the front bumper and had left without seeing it until I got home. No one bothered to tell me they crashed my car. Accidents happen but the lack of accountability and the decency to even inform me has changed my views with ford as an entity.
