My issue was no communication or check in with the status of my vehicle. I had to call and ask about the status. I understand things happen, it's life but no communication to check in was a big issue for me since my vehicle is the only means of transportation for my family.

In the order form it was stated that I would be told about the PSI of my tires and there condition. Also I would be told about anything else that maybe of concern. I was also informed I would receive a free wash of my vehicle instead it seem to have been dirtier, I wasn’t informed of anything at all. Just here is your paper go wait 10 mins later my truck is brought out dirty and they tech just handed me my key and left.
