Tim Prete provided excellent customer service and attention. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for his rude and disrespectful manager, Robert Ingersoll.
Had it not been for Tim and his outstanding service in the situation experienced which Robert Ingersoll made worse, we would not have returned to this dealership at all.
Tim saved the relationship and experience. We will return to the service center and ask for Tim as our service advisor in the future. We own two Ford vehicles and considering another one.
