My internal car systems where messed up, my car was scraped up very badly while I the care of your dealership, extremely long wait time for car. Was called my car was ready, took 2 hours to arrive. I checked in and they said it would be. A minute for my car, took them an additional 20 minutes of me waiting before I got my car back

I got an oil change, new engine filter and an ac cabin filter. Afterward there was a new noise from the ac. Coincidence? It’s possible, but not likely. I brought it back in and it was looked at. I was told that it was scoped and nothing was found, but it sounds like the blower motor is rubbing on something, or more likely, that something was sucked in. I am not satisfied with the outcome. Pablo’s service was great and not his fault, I’m just not sold that nothing can be seen or was found.
