I don’t like the fact that they always try to get u to spend more money for useless stuff. He tried to talk me into paying $200 for lug nuts!! Are you crazy. Then it went to such a deal at only $70. Bait and switch!! I’m a female and don’t appreciate being treated like I’m an idiot. I’m not and you’re place is crazy for even suggesting this outrageous service. I will buy my lug nuts at pep boys and spend maybe $20 for them all. I know it’s their job to make you dealership money but ...... unless!!!!
