I took my truck in on Wednesday morning at 8am. I had an appointment with Pablo. He said I would get a a call by 3 pm that day to give me an update. I never received a call. Thursday was a holiday and Ford was closed Friday I waited all day for a call and never received one. I finally decided to give Pablo a call Friday about 4:15 to get an update and he said that they where finishing up. With the repairs. I mentioned I would pick up the truck on Saturday morning and he said he would have the truck washed and ready for pick up. Saturday I went to pick up the truck and it was not washed. I asked if they could wash it and they did but it was a very crappy job. When I got home I started to wipe of all the water marked and realized that my truck had a large scratch on it. The day I took the truck in I washed it and that scratch was not there. Over all I’m not happy with the service and will be looking for another dealership to take my truck to. We pay a lot of money for our vehicles and we expect them to be treated as if they care

I loved my experience with Ken Grody Ford. Everyone I encountered in the service department was kind and spoke to me professionally. If I had to make a complaint it would be that while waiting in the waiting room, the speaker was extremely LOUD and I couldn’t understand why sales personnel don’t show up to work ready for work. There were a few men, I saw, walking around with their untied tie around their neck and their shirts untucked. Not showroom ready when they stepped on property. An intercom message went out (loudly) that there was no available customer parking and that staff needed to move their personal vehicles. Really? They need to be told, over the loud intercom, to stay out of customer parking? I realize that construction might tamper on parking but staying out of customer parking should be something you know to do, and it shouldn’t have to be announced over the LOUD intercom. Shout out to the service department for washing my vehicle!!! Loved this service!
