Had a appt at 930 but didnt get my car back till 2pm for a pilot change. That was the only issue was it took along time.

Raul was so accommodating and awesome. The recalls and oil change was taken care of. Raul got me a rental from down the street and was understanding that I couldn't get up there the night it was done because I worked late. Top notch service, polite, just awesome. I've gotten used to great service at Ken Grody Ford. My neighbor is good friends with Eric Romanoff and he said no matter what I'll be taken care of. Also, I met Ken one day a few months back and he said he wanted to go whale watching on my boat. I gave him my card and he hasn't called. Come on down whenever you want Mr. Grody. I appreciate the customer service, I was a Chevy guy my whole life, but you have won my business for life.
