And I had to go back to fix the problem.
My time is valuable and they have to be more organized.

I did not get my car serviced! Although I took the time to make an appoint, when I checked in at 0700 I was told my car would not even be diagnosed until afternoon! Not sure what the point of an appointment is - I was told it was to “put me in line” for my service!
I work 13 hour days, today was my only day to sleep in past 0500, but I got up to arrive at my appointment time! I felt like my time was not valued by your dealership! I will find someplace else to service my car!
