, went above and beyond to do Everything he could have to help make my crappy it situation a whole lot less copy. To be honest, if Tim wasn’t so good to me I’d probably left ford a lot time ago.

He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done and on time. We have owned several Ford vehicles, starting with a little Ford Ranger for Jack and traded it in for a new Ford F-150. I have the Fusion which still runs great. And recently we bought our granddaughter a Ford Focus. Happy with the great service

My representative wasn't informative. He didn't contact me to keep me updated on the service of my car & let me know that my car would need to stay an additional day. I had to continuously reach out to him to not get a response until closing time that my car would be there an additional day. I asked for a courtesy wash for it to not had been clean when I came to pick it up at closing time. The rep was then sarcastic when I brought it to his attention by staying I can wait for it to be washed although it was closing time & knowing it was impossible to be washed then. I also had to request for him to go over everything that was done on the car & usually they would go over everything automatically without asking. Overall, I didn't enjoy my experience this time. I wish someone else could have assisted me. After being a loyal customer for the past 2 yrs, I don't know if I'll return after this experience
