The problem that I had with my sync/gos/radio is still happening and I called at 2pm Saturday a d they were closed. My vehicle was there for a week a d not fixed.
Very disappointed, I apparently had a apim issue and needed an update, that didn’t solve the problem. I will be back Monday the 17th!!

My Ford Raptor sat at the dealer for 2 weeks and and didnt do anything and the only excuse it was that they were to busy I called Ford customer service the escalated the complain and Service didn't care so my only choice was to to pick up my vehicle and tale it to a different dealer.
