After receiving my vehicle back, couple things were noticed.
1 Service ticket states all fluids were topped off. Window washer fluid was still empty when vehicle was returned to me.
2 Ticket states PSI was set to 35 on each tire. Tires were not touched, PSI was 48 to 50 all around, same as when I turned it in.
These are not a big deal to me. However, it is only left to the imagination on what else was printed and stated as done, that actually wasn’t.
Other than that a quicker turnaround time would be helpful, it’s not very appealing to have service done at KG when an oil change takes up more than 1/2 a day.

I am always pleased with the service I get from Robert. He is very professional and always takes good care of me. My only issue is with the fact that I’ve had to come back to the dealership multiple times for the same issue. My check engine light comes on continuously and the screen on my Sync system seems to go out at least once a month where it goes black and won’t turn on again until I turn the car off and back on again. I have expressed my concern to Robert and he’s done what he can to fix it each time but it continues to happen. I’m sure not to bring it to his attention too much as I know it’s not his fault but it has been a consistent issue.
