I was very pleased with the timely work done in the service and even the personal care rendered by Robert in some small details done on the carwash. As a retired businessman I know he showed that team attitude and the old will do attitude to please the customer. It really creates a problem for me to go out my area but your service department has been outstanding even with Henry on my first visit. I took my truck in because it was giving me a code referring to the synchronizer ams cam sensor. I let the techs know i had just replaced them and they were brand new so i wanted to know the reason for the code. They told me it would be 1200 for a new synchronizer to which i responded, "what if that doesnt correct the problem." Their response was "we will have to keep looking until we eliminate all other posibilties." My take on thiat is that you will continue to guess and charge me on parts i do not need. No diagnosis was giving even after i paid my 200 dollar diagnostic fee. I was told the exact same thing i brought the car in for to begin with.

My windshield was cracked when I went to pick up my vehicle it wasn’t there when I dropped it off and when I received a call to pick up my vehicle no one mentioned this issue I got surprised when I found that crack on the windshield specially it was at the driver side.
When I asked what happened to my windshield they told me it was like that when I dropped it off.
I’m requesting to get my windshield back as it was when I dropped off my vehicle.
