I was treated very well, but I had two concerns that could not be addressed on Saturday due to the lack of staff skill set or availability. My first concern was about the drive by wire throttle delay that is overly pronounced in the normal driving mode. My question is whether that is normal. In the other modes, the throttle delay is not an issue. The second issue was whether or not there was a way to determine if the magna ride suspension was working appropriately. I realize that the car is not going to ride like a Crown Vic, but it seems exceptionally harsh for the normal mode. I can't really discern the ride difference in any of the modes. I wanted to verify if my car is working correctly. I was told that I would have to bring the vehicle in during the week to have those issues addressed.

Ken grody ford continues to be a corrupt dealership. I took my car in for an oil change, no wipers and a replacement for my rear ford decal. Received a call from the representative stating the decal would cost $300 + to replace although the part was quoted to cost was around $35. Declined the service but requested the decal. When I arrived not only was the wipers not installed found out the decal was able to be popped into place. This is the same type of service i received when I originally purchased my car. Was told I needed to pay 8.9% interest rate ended up qualifying for 3.9%. This dealership is by far the worst. I recently purchased a car for my son and was approved for 0% interest rate. I will never use this dealership again. The only good thing was that after being lied to by Ismel (I believe that was the parts and service guy name) Pablo was able to assist (oh I forgot I was promised a car wash and that didn't occur). To say I was furious that I was quoted a ridiculous price for the new rear decal only to find out that not only did the tailgate not need to be removed to replace it but that it took 30 seconds to pop the new one in I am convinced that Ken grody ford is crooked. Quote me on that. No need to worry I will never visit or buy from Ken grody ford again.
