I didn’t know after being there over two hours I would receive a report to tell me what was Wrong with my Ranger. Yes per report they Did service which included oil change and Last service I was told my brakes would need Done my next service. I was told that again This time plus other things that were found. I don’t know how I can make my appointment For something to be done if I am unaware The problem exists. I don’t have a magic bal.

Well, I brought the car in because I was having trouble starting it. My car was kept over night and I was told that the problem did not happen while the car was there. When I went at night to pick it up, I could not start it. I found a sales person to help me (Armando), and he could not start it. After a few attempts, he got out of the car, locked it, then attempted to restart it again. This time it started. He feels that the clutch has to be depressed fully hard against the floor. Since I have had I was able to start it on the first attempt twice. I am not sure if a sensor that recognizes if the clutch is engaged may be defective. I have had the car for 18 months and never had a problem starting it so this experience has been frustrating. However, it is working now. Tim was very helpful and always kept me posted about what was going on with my car. I have seen online that this is a problem with about 5 percent of Mustangs, hopefully, in my case, it won't happen anymore.
