While Pablo Yanez is a nice guy I felt that he was overwhelmed. When I got my paperwork I noticed that there was no mention of filling up the DEF tank for my f250 diesel. Pablo said “since it says topped off all fluids the tech must have” . The 500 mile warning popped on the next day. Per the manual I shouldn’t see this for at least 6000 miles. I’m pissed that he didn’t verify !!!!

First I submitted an online inquiry for my appointment and never received confirmation - so then I call the day before and am told everything is good for $90k service and key fob - I arrive Saturday morning and told have no appointment then I explain why came in and am asked several times why - then I say let’s do what I came in for then told can’t because it’s satursay and not all services can be performed
I ended up just getting my key fob done then had to wait for 30 mins just to have my car pulled up
Keep in mind I have bought or leased at least 7-10 cars over several years
I will never do my service at the dealership
