I bought a maintenance contract when I bought my car. I know I may wait 1-2 hours for an oil change and check up, but I arrived at 8:30 and the car was not ready until after 12:15, almost 4 hours. I made an online appointment, but was told that system does not work. I understand the service department is busy, but 4 hours for a simple oil change is not acceptable.
