Well overall service was great after I was forced to call the corporate office. Every time I have to leave my vehicle for over a day I have to get a rental which its always a nightmare. When arriving to Enterprise they try putting me into a car that they want me in not something I need the rental is never a vehicle that fits my family size. I just don't understand if I am leaving an SUV between a 7 to 8 passengers seater why am i always put in a small car? It's only common sense. How would I fit my family of 6 in a 5 passenger TRANSPORTION? It's not fair to me to always have to argue my point between the dealership and the rental company. Why can't I ever get treated fairly from the beginning?
