I brought my car in for a sunroof water leak that was flooding my floorboard. Over the past month I’ve had to bring the car back 4 times to get it fixed. I’m hoping it’s finally fixed. The most recent time the repair rep asked me if I had considered replacing the car as if he had no interest in making any repairs to my car. I spent 600$ on repairs I’m still not sure are complete. I’m very unsatisfied with the service I’ve received thus far and am quite certain I won’t be replacing it with another ford in the future.

The last few time I have gone to get service done on my car I have had to wait 3+ hours. When I was told an hour and a half. The second I was told it was due to the fact they didnt have all part to my vehicle there. I understand I have a Honda and can go to any Honda dealer. I bought my car from Ken Grody Ford and I would like to continue to get my car serviced by the place I bought it from. This last time I made myself clear and even asked if my parts were in fact at your facility and they stated yes. Not any time was i offered a ride home or an apology for the inconvenience. At some point anyone could have said " hey it's taking a lil longer then we had expected you can save the car get a rental, you can come back, or we can offer you a ride home and pick you up when it is done. Not one of those options was offered to me. I complained the second time put my complaint has yet to be heard. Simple communication is all I ask, in order for me to better understand the situation. Not leave me in the waiting area for over 3 hours. If I had know I would be treat like this from this company I would have just bought my car from somewhere else!!!!!
