Henry was very poor. Didn't return phone calls. Told me the car would be ready on Tuesday never called to let me know left me hanging. Poor customer service. I had to call to find out the car was ready.

I would not have a problem with this normally, but the last time I waited an hour then they forgot about me and I had to wait another hour. I had to call 3 times to get status on my car (left 2 messageswhich were never responded to and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes the third time. I called back and told the receptionist I needed to speak to a live person and was connected to Ismael. He assured me I would receive a call back within 1-1/2 hours when the techs returned from lunch. I received a call that afternoon and Robert told me they would pay for a rental car to accommodate me for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Upon picking up my car after the repairs, I discovered that the wiper blades were not replaced as I requested. Robert offfered to have them do it right then, but I was already late for work at that point and declined. Usually our service at Ken Grody is flawless, but this time, not so much.
