I was required by you’all to bring my car in for inspection before I could make an appointment for repair. What was that about. Pablo could not tell me fully why, I assume it’s because of the recall lawsuit. Your Ken Grody dealership has been a disappointment from the day one I bought my car. Pablo is receiving the results of your incompetence. Sorry Pablo. The acceptable portion of my service was it was done in the time you quoted and you washed my car. Your dealership refusing me a rental in the years and months before you were able to repair my unsafe vehicle was not acceptable. I did not drive my car many times due to the unsafe condition. You could care less and refused me a rental until you could make my car safe to drive. Very disappointed with your dealership.

Purchased a used car that had no front bumpers and was told that they would purchase and send to my house. At the purchase stage, I didn’t realize they were missing and I reached out requested them to be sent to the house. Current me if i’m Wrong but cars are required to have bumpers for safety right? Plus the license plate bracket. I have several texts saying they are being ordered but nothing came. At one point they said a set came in but sent them back because they were damaged. I’m now also missing windshield wiper caps from the last service. Upon further inspection, the fluids were improper. I’ll overfilled and antifreeze was just water. The bushings for the sway-bar were also dissolved and pointed out. They told me it would be taken care of but then told me after a few weeks of having the car that the GM said no, car was purchased as is. I was told and received several text msgs saying it would be taken care of and then nada. I’m sure this is a FTC violation but waiting to see what your last word is first. Sincerely a almost/was a happy customer; it’s not to late to do the right thing and put me back on the happy list. My family has purchased about 6 cars from ken grody in past years. I even gave up a car to them that was worth way more than what I traded it in for, just to have that car. The rep that sold me the car didn’t even test drive it; he couldn’t fit in the car and I had to make a decision without even driving it due to the same. I have reached out several times to resolve without a return call; I wonder why.

Robert is the consummate professional. Where HB FORD dropped the ball handling the recall, Robert fired on all cylinders. He scheduled my spot, ordered parts, arranged for a rental, and took great care of me and my car. He even made sure the mechanic performed a multi point check and told me I would need to change my air filter and cabin filter next oil change. He’s as awesome as Tim Prete.
