I called the day before and made an appointment because I bought a Hyundai from your dealership and was told to do that so you could get the oil filter and have it when I come in. I don’t think you pick it up until I get there cause the service always takes 2-3 hours. Friday I had an appointment for 8:30 and finally got my car back after 12. After leaving the lot I realized your mechanic rotated my tires. The tires on the back are obviously wider than the front. Your mechanic put the back tires on the front and tighten the lugs so much I had to use 3’ breaker bar to loosen lugs. The air filter has never been touched. I pulled it out and found a rat nest droppings in the air box. Not good service.

I would prefer for the service advisor to keep in touch with me the same day as drop off. I didn't know my car would be kept 2 days until I called. I also texted the number for messaging and no response. Voicemails were also left and no call back. I had a transmission message go off and even have a picture of it and after 4 days and after having "ford engineers" look at it, they said it was a wire in the fuse box. If it was the fuse box, I figured it wouldnt take ford engineers to figure it our 4 days later.

We always goto Ken Grody than any other local Ford dealership. They fix the vehicles correctly and I do not have to waste time ro get my vehicle fixed for same problem. I had really bad experience with the Cerritos Ford and Ford company but Ken Grody resolved all my issues all thr time. They always rent me the best car from the rental company. And my wife likes that. Thank you. I will visit you first if I have any issues with the car.
