Robert is very personable and professional. There were a couple of setbacks in the repair but Robert always kept me apprised of any changes in the timetable and that is appreciated. A very good experience.

IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO FIX MY TRUCK. my truck wasn’t even touched for 2 hole days. I called on Friday 2/7 mid day to get an appointment for a service and told Pablo about one I’ve the sensors on the top of the engine was seeping oil. I eve came down on Saturday and showed Pablo exactly what the problem was. He said no problem if you can bring your truck in at 7 instead of 9 we will be able to get it fixed faster. HE NEVER SAID THAT THE ENGINE SHOP WAS BACKED UP AND MAY NOT GET TO IT SAME DAY. I called at 3 then 330 then at 4. Left at least 1 message. At 415 I was finally able to get ahold of him after being put on hold for 10 min. He said that they had not been able to finish the truck. Come to find out that was a lie the truck wasn’t even touched till late Wednesday. I asked for a loaner and he gave me a **** Answer. We don’t have loaners we only have rentals through enterprise. I said I’m not paying for a **** rental. This should have been fixed same day I’m not paying for a **** rental when you didn’t even get to my truck. He then corrected himself and said we don’t have loaners only rentals through enterprise at no cost to you. We will pay for the rental. I said fine came and got the paperwork and then got the rental. I then called Tuesday. Same thing again multiple calls at least 1 message. Finally get ahold of Pablo and he said that he just came back from the tech and he wasn’t done but he had confirmed visually that that sensor was seeping oil. ( are you **** kidding me). Said fine. I then call Wednesday surprise surprise same thing me calling him late in the day to figure out what is going on. 430 I finally get him on the phone panel tells me that the tech still isn’t finished he just put silicone on and he wants to let it dry and it won’t be ready today. Pablo said it would be finished first thing in the morning and the tech will test drive it and release it. I should be gettting a call no later than 1030. He called me at 11:30 and said it was already. He also asked what time I would be in to get my truck. I said 445-5. He said well make sure you return the rental before 5.(MF PLEASE you took 4 days to fix and service my truck and didn’t even touch it for 2 days). I said I’ll drop it off before 5 Thank good Pablo wasn’t in the office when I came in. Another gentleman helped me out and explained everything and Apologized for the lack of information. He was the older white guy up against the wall. By far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I should have been told about the engine shop being so far behind. I should not have had to call to get status. I have bought 4 cars from you guys. My wife has bought 2 my Relatives on both sides have purchased at least 6 vehicles from you. I still can’t believe how bad this has been for something as simple as a service and sensor fix.

My vehicle was just fine just my steering wheel was shaking but was still drive able then got home then on my way to pick up my son my steering wheel got so hard really dangerous to drive what a coincidence that after I left overnight there .

The ability to repair my vehicle was efficient but the speed was a bit slow. Although the service writer was somewhat informative of the problem at hand he seemed as though he was rushing me off the phone or in person at the time of the write up I did not appreciate not allowing me to ask questions although I did fit in a few but was annoyed by the service writer rushing me. I felt as though he did not care to hear any questions or doubts I had at the moment.

Tim was great, personable & professional. Called & texted me when the work was done. It however did take all day for an oil change! I dropped the car off at about 10:30 am & didn’t get lt back until 6:00 pm. My wife was ill, thus I didn’t have a ride & needed to use the shuttle which was nice but took quite a chunk of time. The shuttle driver, Larry, was great as well & apologetic for the long wait time.
