I live a few minutes from Mexico border. Doug Fuller, (FULLER FORD,South San Diego) and I had a very good trusting relationship and I was exclusive. Doug has since moved on to geeener pastures. I cold called your dealership hoping to purchase a Suoer Snake Shelby truck but ended up with Grody’s truck. Since then I’ve had situations that needed to be dealt with and could have eldrove me away. Bottom line JC is the sole reason why I’ve hung in there. He has treated me like a person who has sunk a couple hundred thousand into in last half year and am looking forward to a custom ordered 2020 Shelby super snake

Well as I write this I having been waiting now 22 minutes sitting in an office for Raul to help me. Someone said just to wait in his office for him. Another lady has been waiting for 15 as well. I bought a fiesta that ended up having a transmission issue that was covered under a 10/150,000 mile warranty . This is the second time I have taken the car in and ford wanted to charge me $200 to diagnose the car after they said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. If a car is covered under a warranty there should be no diagnostic fee, does ford really think I want to leave my car here for a week for no reason ?
