Always treated well when having my vehicle serviced

The job was done well and he also explained and suggested other items that needed to be serviced. I was kind of alarmed that my van wasn’t washed. All the other Ford dealers I have taken my vehicles to for service wash them after being serviced for no charge.

Overall, my first experience at Ken Grody Buena Park was not satisfactory. I’ve had the car less than 4 weeks and Pablo said he needed to get the service authorized. Water was leaking into the back light from the rain. It took a whole week because Pablo said the wrong part was ordered. He didn’t have my correct phone number to call me even though I had pointed out before I left the car, that my phone was wrong and he said he would correct it in the system. The car was promised two separate times but the work was not completed. . When I went to pick up the car after the service department was closed and Pablo said the keys would be at the reception desk, no one could locate the keys or Pablo. They told me Pablo was coming back with the keys. When I finally got the keys from another employee, the car was not vacuumed and trash was left on the driver side floor. Pablo said for my inconvenience, he would make sure the car was given a good wash. I thought it would include the inside of the car.

I was shuttled to the dealership to pick up my car and arrived very late after closing time. Pablo was still there and made sure to explain all services done to my car, waited to make sure I was happy with my car when I got into it and was so pleasant to me even though it was a late night for him to leave work. I truely appreciate his professionalism. I am always very happy with Ken Grody Ford.

I purchased the premium service protection pack with my truck so the I would not have to deal with any issues. I brought my truck to your dealership for windshield wipers because I wanted quality ford products.the wipers were installed but didn't look right so I told the service writer. I then looked online for the part number for the wipers. I found the number and told the service e writer the correct part number. He told me that my protection policy doesn't cover that part number. I went home went online to ford parts.com. . After looking up the part I called fordparts.com. the person I talked with gave me the part number for the part. The same number I came up with. So I called your service department to them what I had found they told me to come back and that they would put on the right part. They did but why did I have to do all this extra work and make a second trip Rick S

I’ve had much better service in the past. It was pouring when I brought my car in and was told part not in stock and had to leave car over the weekend. Not sure if windows were closed or not since my cloth grocery bags were damp when I picked up my car Tuesday. Also when I took my car home on Monday after ab the low tire pressure light came on and I had to return to dealership and leave car overbite so they cud replace rear tires. Why wasn’t this noticed previously. Had to leave car overnight again. Ring on keys was missing and wire had been attached to keys. I now need a new key ring. I’ve had much better service in the past. I didn’t even bother to call Raul to make him aware of this. Is service attention to detail slipping????

Ismael was cordial and friendly. Best of all it didn’t take as long as it usually does. Length of service is very important. I go the Grody for quality parts and service but sometimes the wait time is excessive, today was good.
