Absolutely disappointed with Henry’s inability to follow instructions. I made sure he understood that I would be picking up my truck after hours and to leave it outside and the keys with the receptionist. My truck was locked up in the shop instead. I live i lake forest, and i had prior engagements in huntington beach. What an inconvenience (both personal and business) and an absolute waste of money. $200+ in uber costs! I will be picking up my truck first tomorrow morning and will not return for future service Juan H

It should reflect the correct mileage when the car check out from the shop. I have noticed that they put 7 miles in the car. But the invoice reflects 1 mile.

When I went to pick up my Vehicle there was a communication breakdown and my vehicle was not brought out by the Porter. After 15 min I notified Ismael and he personally went to go get my Vehicle out to me.

This wasn't Ismael Rodriguez issue it's the person who did the service. I told Ismael not to replace my windshield wipers because I just replaced them at the cost of $40. But the gentleman doing the service said that I told them they were stricky ? Which is not true. Other then that everything was fine as usual.

Henry was helpful & friendly. In general your service personnel should better communicate. This should be between service writers, parts dept. & mechanics. Also it should not take 4 days to obtain parts that should be common and available in an number of places. Delivery should be demanded almost immediately or a runner should pick them up. You seem very busy, probably understaffed.
