Dear Grody Team, I am in automotive service myself, therefore the feedback is based on a 100% customer satisfaction approach. The repair on my truck was not correct in the first repair try and the repair duration was far too long. A three day down-time is just too long. The long repair was connected with 4 drives from my home/ work location and this takes 1 hr each way with my wife driving me. The support from Andy was exceptional! Through telephone he is sometimes not easily been reached and the call through from the central telephone phone is a little uncomfortable. The internet chat communication is disconnected from the actual service team and slow with e-mail. I would review the opportunity of text functionality between service adviser and customer supported by the central back office team. MyKarma is a very powerful suite which we recommend to Mercedes-Benz dealerships. I would had hoped for a loaner option, even at some cost I would have chosen one. Opening times of service could be longer or the sales team is handling some customer reception. The invoice I received is very disconnected to the actual work performed. I am happy to assist further and good that I can continue to use Jen Grody as my home dealer and service partner. Best, Felix

The tinting job was excellent. I am somewhat confused, though: I purchased a service package for maintenance service. My car was not washed well when I bought it. I was told when it was tinted on another date it would be washed. It was not. Any time other members of my family have their car serviced at Ken Grody, it is washed. So far, I'm not seeing above and beyond service for puchasing my service package.

I have been EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the way you guys have been there. It has honestly been the absolute best experience with a service department I have ever had. I will without a doubt buy my next vehicle there. I am actually trying to convince all of my Ford owning friends to take their stuff there.

1. I asked to fix the issue with the light that comes on “repair service tire kit”. It still comes on when I turn on the car. 2. The charger cord was recalled and I was not told it wouldn’t be available when I made my appointment. Why is it not available!?! 3. They had my car all day and they didn’t wash it when they asked if I wanted it washed. They called at 4:30 when the car was “ready”. I told them I couldn’t pick up the car until the next morning and it wasn’t washed. They offered to do it real quick but I didn’t have time to wait... I was upset they had my car past the pick up time....
