The service representative, Andy Vasquez, was very helpful. However, after keeping my Ford Flex for two days, the rattle was not fixed. I will have to find another day to take it back in to be fixed correctly.

They had my vehicle from Last Friday until Wednesday 1/2/19. I had to call around 2 o’clock pm to see what the update was, they said it was finished I planned to come at 4pm which I did and waited almost 40 minutes from getting my paperwork together and then receiving my vehicle. Between 2 and 4 was plenty of time to gather my paperwork and get my car washed not to mention how many days my vehicle was in your possession. This seems to be the way you do business because this isn’t the first time. I feel like maybe Mercedes can show your staff how customer service is handled.

I was told a different wait time than what was given, and in the past times I’ve been there I was always offered a courtesy shuttle, this was not the case this time. I was not very satisfied with the overall service.

My service was never completed because your employees failed to inform us that for a simple oil change with an appointment was going to be 4 to 5 hours. My husband was only told after waiting 2 hours that you were behind and under staffed and still working on cars from the day before. We left with no service provided. This happens all the time here and we are sick of the slow service and lack of communication. Because your service team couldn't complete a simple oil change with an appointment we are now forced to take a different car on our family trip which will cost us more on gas. So thanks for the extra expense you are causing us.

Better use of the technology you have in place would enhance the experience. I received a text message on my phone after I dropped off my car letting me know that I could reply to ask questions, so I asked a question and never received a response. I’ve also tried to use the Ken Grody website to book service appointments and never once have I been successful. I always show up and your can’t find my appointment. Once I am there the service I great and have no complaints but these tools need to be better implemented and used by the service team.
