When providing time that job will be completed need to adhere to it or as close as possible. Also call customer upon completion of service. Shouldn't be responsibility on customer to make that phone call to see if done.

I am extremely grateful for the work of John Carlos Barajas and Debbie to resolve the key issue I had from purchasing a certified Ford Escape. Any dissatisfaction is from the fact that I bought a certified Ford Escape and there was no 2nd key at the time of purchase and the original emergency key was faulty. I think JC and Debbie did the best they could but it took nearly 7 months to completely resolve. Again, I am grateful for their work and glad to finally have everything resolved. I love my car! And glad I have 2 sets of functioning keys!
