The labor on my truck was out rages for the price they are charging labor like 2100 that’s crazy it almost wants me to do next time take it to an outside dealer to have work on it since it’s not under warranty anymore Raul is great thanks

Ken Grody Ford NEVER repaired my car. They ordered a new stereo for me and when I called back on Fri.Dec.21 to schedule an appointment to have stereo installed in my truck, I was advised by Andy Vasquez that the stereo ordered for my truck was sent back. I never told him I didn’t want the stereo. I was upset with the run around I got from both Ford Corp and service dept at Ken Grody Ford. I am still very upset that I have a vehicle that I still have 2 years of payments left on, that doesn’t have a working stereo. This incident has persuaded me to NEVER buy a FORD product again. Board Ford was a Great dealership and too bad it closed.
