Ken Grody Ford NEVER repaired my car. They ordered a new stereo for me and when I called back on Fri.Dec.21 to schedule an appointment to have stereo installed in my truck, I was advised by Andy Vasquez that the stereo ordered for my truck was sent back. I never told him I didn’t want the stereo. I was upset with the run around I got from both Ford Corp and service dept at Ken Grody Ford. I am still very upset that I have a vehicle that I still have 2 years of payments left on, that doesn’t have a working stereo. This incident has persuaded me to NEVER buy a FORD product again. Board Ford was a Great dealership and too bad it closed.
