Tim went above and beyond any expectations. After having a not so great experience at another Ford dealership service department, I had tried contacting the manager at Ken Grody service department but had no luck. Tim was able to trouble shoot my issue and made contact with me to ensure I was taken care of. When he heard that I had still not heard from anyone, he told me to get to the dealership as soon as possible so he may have a technician look at my car and try to resolve. Once I got there he was nothing less than professional and emphatetic with me. I was beyond frustrated about situation. Had recently been released from hospital and medical Bill's have put a financial strain, having to think that I might have had to pay for something I didn't do was just not in my plans. Although this was not mention to Tim,he was able to take care of my issues without me having to pay out of pocket. Not at any point did Tim speak I'll of other dealership or who's fault it was. He was professional throughout it all. His superior customer service is to be commended! Congratulations on an amazing hire! I can not thank him and Ken Grody enough for making me feel like family.
