Initially it didn’t turn out well. Shuttle left without me while I was waiting in the lobby. Henry made my oil change a priority and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Henry even helped wash the car and get it to me as soon as possible.

Luis was not responsive to several phone calls I made to him and his voice mail . He did not provide me with the information regarding my vehicles status and ECD for service . I became very frustrated with his lack of response and I reached out to several other Service staff and attempted to contact the General Manager twice . Late this morning I was contacted by Robert in Service and he was very responsive. Due to Roberts's efforts I was able to pick up my jeep this afternoon at 4 PM and will return it to your dealership when the last remaining part is received for installation .
