When I made my appointment for Monday at noon I specified that I wanted that time to be honored & not be waiting in line like the last time. When I checked in I was told that the crew was still at lunch & my car would not be ready till 3pm. So dissatisfied I had them reschedule me for 8am Tuesday which was the next open appointment.. They said they were overwhelmed on Monday but assured me that I should be taken care of on time. I have made appointments before an waited excessively for simple oil change. I suggest if you offer appoints they should be kept & drive up unscheduled customers wait in line. See you at 8am...

Pablo was great and I’m sure the actual car service was good but the car wash was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They basically just hosed it down. I specifically didn’t have it washed this morning knowing that it would be washed with the maintenance today. What a joke! Now I have to take it to the car wash tomorrow.
I was reminded that even when I bought the car and my sales guy had them wash it, it had to be re washed twice before I could take it home because they did such a crappy job.
I was always taught growing up:
Be the job, big or small, do it right or not at all!
Very disappointed!
