Bad Service! Totally disappointed on service, 10/29/2018. Drop off my 2017 f150, 8 am for recall service. Requested to have a complete wash after the service. Around 3:40 pm received a called from Henry that my truck was washed & ready for pick up. Request for pick up service at 4:30 but due to the traffic, the driver showed up 5:35 pm, understandable. Since my house was not too far, arrived at dealer 5:45pm. According to the Henry, the truck was ready and washed, but was not. What really upset the most was when driver brought my truck, the back seat was all up position, passenger side seat was back down, plastic reps were still left front passenger side bottom. It clearly shows that no one really inspects/check after the repair. I was so upset how poor & unprofessional service I have received from your dealer. Since I had to pick up my daughter by 6:15, I left without any more complaints. I would probably not going to Ken Grody Ford dealer or recommend for future service.

Andy did a great job in making sure I was taken care of considering what took place. I feel the issue was beyond his control, however he did his best to make sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. He took time out of his Sunday to give me a ride to pick up my car.
On a side note. I was disappointed with the detail work done on my car. My windows had a grease film that looks like a clothe with car wax was passed over them. There was several areas in the paint had greasy wax swirls from not being fully buffed out and a few areas where the wax glaze was still on the car.
The interior looked great and the rims and tires.
Overall the exterior body wax looked rushed.

They forgot the oil change as well as to clean the truck
The seatbelt is on order and I need to bring my truck back in a couple weeks
Pablo was amazing but the process really fell apart on this one
And I paid for the best service with the highest service package
Not that great of a job for the money
