When my car was ready my rep called me to also inform me that the technician discovered a hick up with the transmission. To wait 4k miles more then bring it in. Instead of him asking me if i could leave my suv to get fix. Even after i told him i have an infant and can't be coming back and forth. I am really bothered by that. Every time I ask him to check something in my car he seems like i am bothering him. Why i don't know. Every time he tells me how much my bill is I pay what it is.i don't mind paying just fix the problem while you have my suv in your possession.

Pablo was nice but I felt he was not confident in his customer service so I did not feel confident in his explanations of the service provided. His communication was lacking as well. We had to call multiple times for status updates as you had my car for almost a week. Lastly, when I picked up my car the paperwork was not complete so I had to wait for corrections to be made and then I was given another customer's paperwork. When I called back Pablo was quick to email me my paperwork. So far, my car is running fine.thanks

When the vehicle was dropped off, I heard a customer request his vehicle not be washed. I asked the service technician if washing the vehicle was standard and he told me to not worry, they would wash my vehicle when it was done with the service. My vehicle was done on the promised day and time; however, I called to request I pick up my vehicle the following day because of a prior engagement. I went the next day to pick up my vehicle and it was not washed. Although minor, the fact that I mentioned the wash and it was promised, it should have been done. The porter said he could do it once I brought it up the next day but I had to take my wife to a birthday lunch. I was hoping to have a clean truck when doing so, but it didn’t happen. Not the end of the world but it’s the little things that count with me. Especially when I am bringing it in to a dealership for a minor service that could be done at home. Still a fan of the dealership just this was my first time bringing my vehicle in and had a somewhat disappointing experience in the end.
