I took my 2015 pickup for some repairs and one of the items wasn't taken care of . The drivers door lock still wont open with the remote. That was the only thing that wasn't worked on put everything else was. Over all the service department has been honest and easy going. I'm very disappointed with the lack of courtesy of Henry from the service department. But I'm more disappointed for the fact that he lied to my wife about a false conversation that he and I supposedly had prior to her picking up her car. I never agreed to pay for diagnostic test in which my car is covered for.
I cannot wait to rid of this Fusion that caused me more headaches than any other cars I've ever owned. From all the recalls and malfunction lights, it's really annoying and it's wasting a lot of my time. And my dream of owning a 2020 Raptor is now irrelevant. What good is a truck if the company behind it can't treat their customers right. To you it's only 150 bucks, but to me it's about the customer service. I'm a Disney employee so you're probably aware of my standards.
