Andy was very nice and informative. It was my first service visit for my 2018 Ford Raptor. He said my oil change was for a synthetic blend but I informed him I would like to pay towards Full Synthetic oil which he agreed. I was happy with feel of the truck after my oil change. I don't want to be contacted. Try letting people know the wait time before you go through the whole intake process. This rep didn't seem to want to tell me there were different levels of service. He didn't seem to know what was included in each but his coworkers stepped in to answer my questions. He was already eating when I got to him but came back from checking my car with half an apple that seemed to have come from out of nowhere. It seems all the techs take lunch at the same time everyday and no work gets done. Why not shut down the whole operation for an hour so he can get a break? I also found it hard to believe an oil change would cost almost $60 after tax & a 2 hour wait yet they won't patch a tire if you need it. What a ripoff. The whole experience made me go to another dealership.

Went in Friday morning thinking might have to leave car all weekend. Got call couple of hours later saying they are just finishing up and it would be ready by 1 pm.! Unfortunately I didn’t have ride back until after 7 but that was no problem because he could leave keys with showroom receptionist. Great service!
