Very professional. Tim Prete is usually my service advisor, but Henry took care of business seamlessly. It was very busy when I was in, but he handled the rush calmly. I had some questions about the need for further service and he called me back with the findings, allowing me to prioritize the need to do brakes now or wait until later. Great Job!

I called four days in advance to make sure I could get my Ford truck in to have my brakes done. When I called the person who answered did not know what they were doing and hung up on me. I called back and informed them that on Monday I had brought my F150 in for service and was told that I needed brakes. I want to make an appointment for Saturday to bring my F150 in for service. Finally they figured it out and asked if I wanted to bring it in at 8am or 830am. I told them I would like 8am. They told me to come in at 8am and see Henry. I show up at 745am Saturday and see Henry. He pulls up my info and he says all they put down for the appointment is needs brakes. Then i give Henry the information he asks for. Tells me it will be most of the day probably around 2pm. I told him that is ok. Around 2pm I get a missed call which I know I Ken Grody Ford with no message. I call back and ask for Henry. He tells me oh there was a problem they have not started my service yet and can I leave it until maybe Monday? Told him i need it Monday. He told me he would try to get it done by 4pm. That is why I called ahead of time to make an appointment so that exact thing would not happen. If I was not able to bring it in when I scheduled my appointment I should have been told, hey that day is booked. I spent $800.00 for my service which I know means nothing. I have bought three vehicles from Ken Grody Ford and have serviced them all there.
I just wanted you to know about how my service went.

Well let me start by saying I purchased a vehicle that was not inspected before it was given to me and it had a damaged engine cover and I notified to dealership and they promised to correct the issue and for me to bring it and before I could bring it in a check engine light came on and so once I brought it in they were supposed to take care of everything and once it was finish I came to pick the vehicle up and it was promised at a certain time and vehicle was not ready for 45 mins and when I expected it once again they had not topped off all the fluids and as a result I had to wait quite a bit of time to receive my vehicle and it was a great inconvenience but the sales manager who helped out as he could
