Initially Henry was unable to replicate the rattle we have always heard in our Ford Edge. I then reached out to John Barajas who worked with Henry to locate the rattle and fix the problem. JC went above and beyond by having my car detailed and filling the gas tank. Although you needed my car for three days this was great customer service. Thank you!!!

He is a very good person. I really trust him with my car. He answered all my questions. The only thing is that, I really didn’t like the fact that the reason why I took my car was because of the airbags safety recall and it actually took the dealership more than a year to get the parts to fix the problem. Honestly that’s a clear sign of the company’s irresponsibility since it was very dangerous to be driving the car like that for that long period of time. It’s sad is to know that the company is careless for the safety of the drivers but I suppose that if the service that I got done have had involved any money coming from my pocket then I would’ve probably had many calls to get an appointment and get it done as soon as possible. Since that wasn’t the case, I would only kept on receiving letters from the Ford company but no answer or call from the dealership. I would call the dealership to get an appointment to fix it and left so many messages but unfortunately I never got a call back from the dealership saying that they got the parts or any updates on the status of the situation. I got so tired of leaving messages and never getting an answer back. The only way I found out is because finally one day I decided that I couldn’t wait any longer to get it fix so I called and actually demanded to know if I was really going to be helped to get it fixed or not so I could start taking action to solve the problem on my own. That was the only way that my car got the service done otherwise I would still be waiting on an answer from the dealership for another long period of time.
