We initially had an appointment on Friday for an oil change and were told when we took the car in that there was a recall on the steering wheel. We brought the car back on Saturday to get both the oil change and steering wheel fixed. When we called to find out if it was ready Andy was rude and disrespectful in his tone and the way that he spoke to us. He said we didn’t tell him that we needed the oil change so it had not been done even though it was in the original order. Instead of letting us know that he can go ahead and get the oil changed he proceeded to argue about not being told about the oil change and how it was not done. We asked that it be completed and he continued to argue and overtalk when he could have easily apologized for the misunderstanding and get the oil change fixed but he didn’t. I was very disappointed because I have always had a good experience anytime that I have been here and I’ve told people about the great service that you provide. I don’t feel that I will be purchasing a new car from this dealership when my lease is up in December. I hope you can teach your employees the basics of taking care of customers. It’s the basics of customer service. I hope this feedback will help Andy in the future when he comes across another similar situation. Thank you

Always Great Service every time with Raul and Tim

We came to get the recall done on the vehicle and we told them that we could leave car until Wednesday, but they could not guarantee delivery by Wednesday. My son has to be back in SD, where he lives, on Wednesday afternoon. We called and made appointment ahead of time and was told that it would t be a problem. This is the second time that we tried to get recall completed. The last time, car was there over a week. I have purchased four fords from you over the last 6 years and one of the biggest reasons, was the Service Department had been terrific. Service the last couple of times has been in line as other car dealers. In addition, we wanted to get back seat fixed as it gets locked down by seatbelt when we put something in trunk and back seat. They weren’t able to fix this either. All they could do, was oil change that we paid $63 to get done.

Raul called to say the car was ready for pick up. We waited almost 1 hour before we left for the dealership. Once there, we waited an additional 25 minutes for them to find the car and to check out.
