My service writer Luis is fantastic. Besides being totally professional, he always follows up and updates me on the status of any work being performed. Luis gets a “10”.
As for the actual service department, their speed accuracy of completing the work, unfortunately their rating would be a “4”. It takes forever to have projects completed and often the issues need to be re-addressed at a later date.
