So far every item on my punch list has been completed in a timely fashion. I respect Tim Prete for his professionalism & sincerity. He gave me no BS, if he doesn’t know he says so, I like that! In my short 85 years of working with auto dealerships both Chevy & Ford I have yet to find one that could balance tires, Ken Grody was no exception, however I expected that so I had the tire shop I’ve dealt with for many years rebalance the tires on my truck. Overall I’m very pleased with the service and the way I’ve been treated at Ken Grody Ford and would recommend them to friends.

This was the best experience I have had with this dealerships service dept in years! Annette was so attentive to my service. She communicated extremely well. She made me feel taken care of at the highest level. She didn’t act like I was bothering her, nor did I ze like just another customer to her. She provided excellent service to me! And my car was well handled!!! She was sensitive to my time and ushered me through every step of getting the process initiated with great ease. I have had many a service need over all my years of having fords, including one a month ago that required both of my doors to be replaced on a car that is only two years old. THAT was so inconvenient and I never complained, but the gentleman who took care of servicing me made it seem like he just wanted to push me through the system on an issue that was not my fault. It was the holidays. Perhaps he was stressed in his own life. He didn’t do wrong by me, he just didn’t go the extra mile or operate peacefully like Annette did. And because of that experience, I was DREADING coming in again and leaving the car for so many days. I never let on about that, but I want you to know, I will NEVER dread bringing my car in again. I will simply go straight to ANNETTE. Steve was also excellent in helping me get into a loaner. He was very accommodating and efficient in handling the task. I really do love this dealership and am so grateful for the times when things smoothly. Thank you!!!
