The service on the car was good but I did not like that not all your employees were wearing masks. Some that were wearing masks did not have their nose covered properly. Also the center is still requiring signatures with pens. Gene did sanitize the pen but the process of requiring signatures should be modified to meet the needs of the times. I did not feel comfortable being in the facility.

I took my car to get an oil change and once I dropped it off, I talked to Luis about getting a used car. I told him that my car was getting serviced and Luis then said he would get it appraised and have numbers ready for me when I came back. Several hours passed and I still hadn’t gotten the notification about my car being ready. When I called to see where my car was there was no record of my car ever being there, and it took them about 30 - 45 minutes to locate my car just to find out that it was taken out of the service line so I can get appraised and never was put back in the service line. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership as my car was lost... and to top it off I was still going to get charged for it... I shouldn’t have to pay after my car not being taken care of like it was supposed to.

My wife and I have been coming to Buena Park Honda for over a decade for car service. This was our worst experience ever. The service rep who worked with my wife made two sexist comments to her when she dropped off our vehicle. She couldn't remember the type of service I had scheduled for the car and the service rep. told her, "typical that wives don't listen to their husbands" and that they "only spend their husband's money." Also, the cost of the oil change was unbelievable. It cost me approx. $150 for an oil change. Last year I had my oil changed for the same exact car and it cost me approx. $90 before taxes. Finally, when my wife went to pick up the car, she was told that she had to wait for her service rep. to process her payment while he was helping another customer. This happened while four other service reps sat around not doing anything. Instead of letting Gene know she had arrived to pick up the car, she had to wait while the four other reps did nothing. During her 10 min wait, she saw several Honda employees walking around and talking without wearing any masks. The primary reason we brought our car back to Honda was because we had received email advertising that guaranteed a sanitary service experience. I am livid that I spent $300 on vehicle service for an insulting experience.
