The service was completed in a timely manner and the service advisor Hugo was extremely knowledgable, helpful and informative. It was my first time at this dealership for getting my car serviced and was pleased with the overall process.

Everything was great until I had to pick up my car. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get my car. That is way too long. The service attendant was very good and came out to help. But other places where I get my car service takes less than 5 mins

There wasn’t very clear communication between the service agents. I was told one thing on the phone, then called back and was told another thing, and then called back a final time and was told the same thing as the first time I called. It made it confusing to know whether the car was going to be ready by the next day or not.
