I received outstanding service at the dealer specially Gabriel he took the time to call me and let me know that two of my tires had nails and need to be repaired. He asked me if I want to do it at the dealer or take somewhere else since my car was at the dealer I asked him to do it for me I’m kind of busy person thanks for the service.

The vehicle is still having the same issues. Also the vehicle service check in process was difficult due to the service provider agent being very difficult and talking down and lecturing about dropping off a vehicle and causing work on a weekend etc... was not pleasant for my wife and I had to drive in due to her becoming very uncomfortable.

Yes, Joanne was a delight to have as my service representative. Pleasant and very personable, Joanne takes interest in her customers and I had noticed that she was the same with each of her customers. Her paying attention to the details needed for the proper servicing of my vehicle was also noted. I have been in there many times over the years and know what to expect from my service representative... so happy it was her rather than an aloof employee just going through the motions until quitting time.

The check-in process is pretty awkward. There were multiple cars in line and only one person helping even though it was 10am on a Monday. No one approached me while in the check-in lane for about 7 minutes even though plenty of employees were standing around in the dock area; until I went inside by the service advisors (there were no signs directing people what to do, so I figured they could help) and then I got told to go back outside and wait by my car. The lady who finally came to check me in was then super rude and it was pretty apparent she didn't want to be there.
Other than the check-in process, everything else was awesome. Joanna was great at keeping me informed about the service, super kind on the phone. I really appreciated the text messaging feature to communicate as well!
