Left a message for the guy and instead he asked the receptionist to return my call but ignored the core question I asked ("what was the latest time I can come by to pick up the car on that day") I called back and wanted to talk to him directly but he did not pick up even when the receptionist said she walk over to him and tell him to pick up the phone. Classic example of poor service.
