Service appointment was at 12:20 PM. I was told service could take an hour to an hour and a half after 15-20 minute check in process. Checked in with another associate around 2:20 PM. My information was not found in the digital system. Gene went to check on status of my car and returned to tell me that they will start servicing my car at that time with no reasonable explanation for the wait.
