This is the second time I take the vehicle and each time I make an appointment at the servicing department they have me waiting for over an hour to get someone to check in my car! What is the whole point of even making an appointment! If you can’t take the car at that time then don’t take so many appointments. What’s worse is that I have to take my car there because I paid when I purchased my car to have the oil changes included. Huge regret!
