I (Grace B. Enoki) loved the service provided by Mr. Hugo Novoa he is very concern customer's needs. The only service I didn't like is the shuttle.

Joanne did a good job today. I was waiting though inside the car for more than 10 minute until I got someone’s attention. One lady told me it’s brcause I came 15 minutes. I came early because I was supposed to go to another place. I hope that sounds meone came and explained that I needed to wait for a few minutes because they were so busy.

They took 2 hours and 30 minutes for a simple oil change. I had an appointment set up just so I wouldn’t have to wait that long but because I did not pay any additional services they decided to service my car last!. I get a car that my car is ready for pick up and they take 30 minutes to bring it to me. Not only that but when I first bought my car, the light on for low tire pressure kept on blinking. Took it there several times and told me nothing was wrong with the tires. I come to find out my car tire had a nail on it and no one from the 3 times I’ve gone to check it out noticed it. This Buena Park dealer is full of incompetency.
